History...
"Ladies of Expression" was founded in July 2002 by six African-American women who shared the love of reading. Although informal in the beginning, the book club has grown from a mere "get together" to discuss a book, to a full fledge organization, meeting the 3rd Saturday of every month. The club membership has grown and continues to grow. One of the founding members, Anita M. Foster, is the author of a soon-to-be released novel entitled Eyes, Lies and Love.
